FiltraSet is a laboratory instrument that allows to determine in the laboratory the necessary parameters to design and optimize industrial filters for concentrates of mining companies. Determines the cake formation time, compression time, blowing time and capillarity curves. It is characterized by continuously measuring the applied pressure, the air flow and the mass of the filtrate produced, in a controlled temperature filtration environment. Its advantage over other similar instruments is that it allows the temperature and humidity of the blown air to be controlled and the results to be scaled directly to industrial filters.
